Orders are typically packed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During promotional periods, public holidays, or periods of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. Should any significant delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

5. Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate nationwide shipping on all orders below R750.

Orders of R750 or more: FREE shipping
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS/WhatsApp (where available).
Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier company.
7. Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and securely.
We take great care in packaging each parcel to help protect your purchase during transit and ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
8. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please ensure that:

Scent Shelf cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
9. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

10. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and, where possible, provide photographs of:

We will work with the courier company to investigate the matter and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
11. Split Shipments
In rare circumstances, your order may be dispatched in more than one parcel.
If this occurs, you will be notified and provided with any additional tracking information.

Scent Shelf currently operates as an online store only.
Collection of orders is not available unless otherwise arranged in writing.
